About the role
You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone
You will support the Home Manager and Administrator in clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing whilst working to deadlines
With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently.
Who we're looking for
You will have worked as a receptionist before, so understand how important first impressions are. You will have experience in giving excellent customer service and have a professional and friendly manner over the telephone and face to face.

Avon Court is a 60 bedded home This spacious home with beautiful views over the Wiltshire countryside is a short distance from the pretty market town of Chippenham. The home is regarded as 'excellent' by the Care Quality Commission − awarded to those homes that achieve exceptional levels of care and comfort. Avon Court offers care to suit individual needs, including nursing, residential, and care for those with dementia. The home also offers palliative care as well as respite and short stay care.
